Apodaca played his college career at California Baptist University where he made a total of 68 appearances for the Lancers and scored 48 goals while notching 12 assists.  In January 2018, Apodaca was selected 55th overall in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft by the Philadelphia Union. In February of 2018 he signed with Philadelphia’s USL affiliate Bethlehem Steel FC.  During his time with Bethlehem Steel the forward made 16 appearances and scored two goals. 

Growing up, Apodaca played for FC Golden State. While attending college he spent time with now USL League Two team Southern California Seahorses.

In his free time, Aidan enjoys fishing and says if he wasn't playing soccer he wouldn't be a physical therapist. His number one travel destination is Venice, Italy.
