- Outside back Brent Richards will be the captain tonight for the ninth time in the last ten matches. Richard’s season total of nine matches as the captain are the second most on the team, trailing Zach Carrol’s 22. Midfielder Seth Casiple is the only other player to have served as captain, wearing the armband in two matches.
- Eric Calvillo will make his seventh start of the season. Since signing with San Jose in 2018, Calvillo has appeared in five matches for the Quakes, including three starts.
