OKC travels to Greater Nevada Field on March 14

RENO, Nev. – Reno 1868 FC’s first home game of the season is set, as the boys in blue will be taking on OKC Energy FC at Greater Nevada Field on March 14. Los Azules will open the season on the road with a March 6 matchup against Tacoma Defiance. Start times for both games are not yet announced.

The home opener against OKC should mark an exciting start to Reno’s fourth year as Northern Nevada’s professional soccer club. Reno owns the all-time series with OKC 4-1-1, including an electric 3-2 comeback win in Oklahoma last season.

Reno’s season opener against Tacoma will be a part of a Friday doubleheader to kick off the USL’s 10th season. Reno is 1-0-1 against Tacoma, and 2-0-2 when they were Seattle Sounders 2. Last season, Reno scored five goals on Tacoma including four from Danny Musovski. The four goals were the most in club history from a single player, and earned Musovski USL Player of the Week honors.
