VANCOUVER, Canada – Reno 1868 FC’s hot-streak continued Saturday night in Canada as the team earned a point on the road.

Forward Brian Brown’s goal in the 73rd minute helped Reno 1868 FC secure a point in the 1-1 draw and helped Reno remain in the top half of the USL’s Western Conference standings.

Reno 1868 FC entered the night in fourth place in the West and solidified their dominance with Brown, a super sub, showing glimpses of Reno’s attack.

Brown’s goal made it 41 goals this season for the hottest team in the USL and helped the expansion squad remain in the playoff race.

Brown’s goal came off an assist by fellow Jamaican Dane Kelly, who has been one of the USL’s top scorers this season (13 goals).

Reno returns home to Greater Nevada Field on July 22 when the team hosts Portland Timbers 2. The first 1,868 fans will receive a free poster at the main gate.
