RENO, Nev. – Reno 1868 FC has signed goalkeeper Kyle Ihn to a contract pending league and federation approval.

Ihn was signed Friday and is already participating in team practices.

“Kyle has both PDL experience and spent the preseason with Minnesota United FC (MLS),” Reno head coach Ian Russell said. “We’re excited to see what he can contribute to our team this season.”

The Wales, Wisc. native played collegiality at Wisconsin-Green Bay before playing for the Des Moines Menace, where he played in six matches posting an 84 percent save percentage.

Reno 1868 FC returns to the pitch Saturday at 4 p.m. against Phoenix Rising FC inside Greater Nevada Field.
