RENO, Nev. – Reno 1868 FC forward Corey Hertzog has been named to the USL Championship Team of the Week after two goals in Reno’s 5-2 win over Portland Timbers 2 on Saturday.

Hertzog’s brace is his fourth with Reno, tied for the most multi-goal games in club history with Dane Kelly. The goals put his career total at 65, third-most in USL history. His 22 career goals with Reno are the second-most in club history, behind just Brian Brown’s 28.

This is the third different Reno player to earn Team of the Week honors, joining Christiano François and Eric De La Cerda.
